Abstract An Act concerning supplementary regulations on the trade of endangered species of wild flora and fauna. Article 2 establishes that the competent authority is the "Magistrat" of the City of Vienna. The Act also establishes that animal holders referred to in Part A of the Annex of the EC Regulation No. 338/97 have to report within 3 months the birth of an animal therein listed; a duty to report exists also with regard to new plants. The Act consists of 11 articles.
