Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Vienna Animal Breeding Law (LGBl. No. 9/2010). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the reproduction of animals. The text consists of 36 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Definition of terms (1); Recognition of breeding organizations (2); Activities of breeding organizations (3); Semen and transfer of embryos (4); Proceedings (5); Final provisions (6). Five Annexes are enclosed.
