In article 1 definitions of 'authority to practise' and ‘Minister’ are inserted. A person is eligible to be a recognized veterinary surgeon if he or she fulfils the requirements for registration prescribed by Order of the Minister. An application to be recognized as a veterinary surgeon shall be made to the Royal Court.
