Veterinary Supervision over Trade in, Import and Export of Animals and Animal Products Act.

This Act provides veterinary requirements for the trade in animals and animal products with the Member States of the European Union, veterinary requirements for the import of animals and animal products from states remaining outside of the customs territory of the European Union and for the export thereof to third countries, determines the principles governing the organisation of conformity checks of animals and animal products to be conducted in the course of veterinary supervision, determines
