Abstract

Healthy bumble bee and honey bee families, queen bees, larval bees, and cocoons of lucerne leaf-cutting bee shall be authorized for import into the Russian Federation only if they originate from (a) bee farms and apiaries authorized for export; and (b) areas free of infectious animal diseases. Certification of the health of bees and bumble bees shall be negative clinical features carried out by state veterinary laboratories of the exporting country. In the event materials are not in compliance with veterinary requirements, the customer shall claim a refund from the supplier.
