Abstract

The provisions related to the approval of the Quarantine Act of the GCC in Saudi Arabia are contained in Cabinet Resolution No.109 of 2003 (attached to the text) which gives the Ministry of Agriculture the responsibility for implementing the Act and to propose sanctions for violations.
