Abstract This Resolution is composed of 11 Chapters divided into 38 articles. Definitions and terms are set out in Chapter I. Requirements necessary for the practice of the veterinary profession are provided for in Chapter II. Chapter III describes the professional practice and outlines the competencies of veterinary assistants and controllers. Duties and prohibitions in the veterinary professional practice are set out in Chapter IV. The veterinary profession practicing areas are set out in Chapter V. Conditions and criteria for the practice of the veterinary profession are set out in Chapter VI. Chapters VII-X deal with the following matters: profession titles; veterinarian honorariums; control of the tariff and honorarium definitions; offences and penalties. regulating the veterinary position existing before this Resolution shall be finalized within 6 months from the date of issuance of this Resolution (Chap.
