Abstract

Veterinary Practice Act 2021 (No. 19 of 2021) regulates the practice of veterinary medicine in Western Australia; it provides for the discipline of reegistration of veterinarians and veterinary nurses; registration of premises; modalities to keep the register and disclosure of information; offences, complains, investigations and legal proceedings. Part 13 establishes the Veterinary Practice Board of Western Australia and regulates its functions, powers and other general matters.
