Abstract

These Veterinary and Sanitary Requirements establish that, in the process of selecting the location for the construction of stockbreeding farms and poultry farms, area of agricultural land shall be allocated for the utilization or recycling of the annual output of organic fertilizer. In case of an the outbreak of infectious animal disease, each stockbreeding farm and poultry farm must plans measures and have the technical means for the disinfection of animal manure, dung and drains. Quarantine shall be imposed for a duration according to the disease. Methods of treatment, in particular the disposal, storage and recycling of swine manure, shall be used to destroy agents of parasitogenic animal disease. The Requirements establish the modalities of treatment, disinfection, storage, transport and disposal of organic fertilizers.
