Abstract: This Act vests land set out in the Schedule in the Governor General. Land is transferred to the Governor General for public purposes but may be leased on such conditions as the Cabinet of Ministers may direct. The Minister responsible for sustainable development may, by Order, amend the Schedule. Such Order shall be subject to negative resolution of the National Assembly.
