Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Canada Shipping Act, 2001. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the registration of vessels and to issues concerning tonnage. The text consists of 19 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Registration (1); Tonnage (2); Repeal and coming into force (3).
