Abstract

This Regulation implements the Vegetation Management Act 1999. It provides for the identification of prescribed regional ecosystems, which are listed in the annexed schedules. It specifies the matters prescribed for property vegetation management plans and sets the value of the development application fee. The Regulation is completed by seven schedules: endangered regional ecosystems, of concern regional ecosystems, least concern regional ecosystems, grassland regional ecosystems, trees precribed for the Act and fees.
