Section (1) gives definitions. Section (2) establishes that a grower must pay a fee to the Board for vegetables sent by him for marketing and food production purposes. Section (3) regards fee collection procedures. Section (4) provides with registering and reporting instructions. Section (5) relates to fees to be paid by a grower that had marketed his vegetables by himself shall pay directly to the Board.
