The Law empowers an Inspector, after the grant of the licence to inspect the refining of the oil, examine and take samples of the oil and its by-products and apply any tests and make any experiments and generally all necessary enquiries. The Law further empowers the Commissioner to make subsidiary legislations and regulations with more details on matters provided for under this Law.
