Abstract

These Regulations concern the branding of green vanilla by growers. Until further order the branding of green vanilla shall be optional, provided that if any grower elects to register a mark he shall not thereafter be entitled to sell vanilla branded with a different mark. Brands may be registered with the Commissioner of Police. No brands similar to those already registered shall be accepted for registration.
