Section 3 prohibition persons who are not registered in accordance with this Act to practise land valuation surveying. There shall be established a Valuation Surveyors Registration Board. The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, by statutory instrument, make rules relating to the professional conduct of valuation surveyors; the mode of inquiry into breaches of the rules of professional conduct and the penalties therefore and other matters set out regarding land valuation, registration or the internal organization of the Board as set out in section 8. The Board shall keep and maintain a register to be known as the "Register of Valuation Surveyors". Qualifications for registration are set out in section 11.
