Abstract In exercise of the powers under section 51 of the Uttar Pradesh Participatory Irrigation Management Act, 2009 (UP Act no. 4 of 2009), these rules aim at amending rules and sub-rules of the Uttar Pradesh Participatory Irrigation Management Rules, 2010.
