The overriding objective of these Rules is to enable the Tribunal to deal with cases fairly and justly. The Tribunal may regulate its own procedures. If all the parties agree the terms on which to settle all or any part of the proceedings, they may request the Tribunal to make a consent order. The Tribunal may make an order on an interim basis.
