The present Regulations enter into force on 1 January 2004.
Abstract

These Regulations concern the management of used oils and waste fuels in order to reduce their impact on the environment. The Regulations cover the disposal, storage, sampling and analysis of used oils and waste fuels. They also provide for the registration of sites and facilities.
