The present Regulations enter into force on 1 January 2004.
Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Environmental Protection Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the incineration of used oil and waste fuel. In particular, section 3 establishes that no person shall blend, collect, incinerate or reprocess used oil or waste fuel on property that is zoned residential. The text – consisting of 25 sections – deals with the following aspects: storage, sampling and analysis, registration of site or facility and oilfilters.
