Abstract The present Regulations enact the Environmental Protection Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the incineration of used oil and waste fuel. In particular, section 3 establishes that no person shall blend, collect, incinerate or reprocess used oil or waste fuel on property that is zoned residential.
