Provision may be made by regulations under this Act for the purpose of protecting persons against risks of poisoning by poisonous substances arising for: (a) the use of those poisonous substances; (b) the employment of employees at places in which or on which those poisonous substances are being or have been used; and Regulations for protection of persons against risks of poisoning; (c) the storage, transport, sale and disposal of those poisonous substances.
