The present Act shall enter into force on 15 July 2014.
Abstract

The present Act establishes the Upper Fort Garry Heritage Provincial Park. The park is, for all purposes, deemed to be a provincial park under the Provincial Parks Act and is classified as a heriage park. Section 4 establishes the the Upper Fort Garry Heritage Provincial Park Advisory Committee which shall make recommendtions to the minister about the park, including recommendations respecting: a) the preservation of historic resources in the park; b) the development of the park; and c) the development of interpretative programming for the park. The text consists of 10 sections.
