Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to hunting activities in Upper Austria. The text consists of 97 articles divided into 11 Parts as follows: Hunting rights and the practice of hunting rights (A); Establishment of hunting grounds (B); Exercise of hunting by members of cooperatives (C); Practice of hunting rights on one’s own hunting ground (D); Hunting legitimation (E); Protection of hunting (F); Hunting rules (G); Damages caused by hunting and wild animals (H); Representation of interested parties (I); Special provisions (J); Penalties and final provisions (K).
