Abstract

Purpose of the present Law is: 1) the creation, conservation and development of an efficient and sustainable agriculture and forestry ensuring the sound cultivation of land; 2) the timely and sustainable practice of forestry rights. Forestry rights are: to be entitled to draw from other forests wood or other forestry products; pasture right on somebody else’s land and all other related easements or servitudes with the exception of right of way. The text consists of 40 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); New regulations (2); Redemption (3); Insurance and compensation (4); Wood required in emergency, wood required for personal needs, wood required for work (5); Competence and proceedings (6); Penalties and final provisions (7).
