For such a purpose, the information of the public is of major importance. Hence, related environmental data shall be made known and available to the public. In particular, the present Act shall be implemented to promote the prevention of waste, the disposal of waste on specific places through adequate methods, the prevention and fighting of air pollution, noise, soil and water pollution, and the care of the biological environment.
