Abstract

The present provisions are applicable to game and animals kept for farming purposes. The Ordinance defines at the outset its scope of application. Animal holding places must comply with special requirements such as adequate temperature, space, level of noise, feeding, social contacts, etc. The text consists of 24 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General requirements for animal keeping (1); Special requirements for animal keeping (2). This Parts deals with the keeping of cattle and swines, as well as of poultry. Inspection (3); Final provisions (4).
