Abstract This Intended Nationally Determined Contribution (INDC) to reduce emissions is a nationwide sectoral document with which Norway updates its first INDC of 2015. The aim of the document is to enhance its nationally determined contribution under the Paris Agreement to reduce emissions by at least 50% and towards 55% compared to 1990 levels by 2030. The INDC covers the following sectors (i) energy; (ii) industrial processes and product use; (iii) agriculture; (iv) land-use; (v) land-use change and forestry; and (vi) waste. Full text English
