Abstract

These Regulations provide for the control of use of underground injection systems in disposal of waste and relative well drilling and operation. They require permits for the use of underground injection systems and require owners and operators of specified wells to notify authorities on the existence of such wells for purposes of inventory based on underground injection control programmes.
