Abstract

This Act establishes the Uganda Export Promotion Board as a body corporate and defines its objectives, functions and powers. The objectives of the board shall be to facilitate the development, promotion and coordination of all export-related activities that lead to export growth on a sustainable basis. The Board shall, among other things, provide technical advice on postharvest handling of exports.
