Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Tyrol Nature Protection Law (LGBl. No. 26). The Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of plant species, animal species and birds. The text consists of 8 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Protection of plant species (1); Protection of animal species (2); Protection of bird species (3); Common provisions (4). Six Annexes are enclosed.
