Abstract

A piece of basic legislation in the field of nature protection in the Land of Tyrol. The text consists of 47 articles divided into 6 chapters as follows: General provisions (1); Protection of landscape (2); Care of landscape (3); Protection of flora and fauna and of inanimate nature (4); Issuing of regulations, Declaration of natural monuments, Compensation (5); Provisions for organization (6). One Annex is joined.
