Abstract

The present Law lays down provisions relating to hunting in the Land of Tyrol. The text consists of 73 articles divided into 13 Parts as follows: Concepts, sphere of application (1); Hunting grounds, hunting activities (2); Hunting cooperatives (3); Lease of hunting grounds (4); Rules of hunting cooperatives (5); Hunting permit (6); Protection of hunting (7); Special hunting provisions (8); Damage by game and hunting (9); Tyrol Hunting Association (10); Hunting committees (11); Transitional provisions (12); Penalties and final provisions (13). Two Annexes are enclosed.
