Entry into force notes
The present Law enters into force on 1 July 2002.
Abstract

The purpose of the present Law is to maintain or reinstate a sane fish population, and to maintain favourable conditions of living for aquatic animals. The text consists of 65 articles divided into 9 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Fisheries (2); Practice of fishing; (3); Catching of fish (4); Protection of fisheries (5); Other fishery activities (6); Tyrolean Fishing Association (7); Competence, right to appeal, trespassing (8); Penalties, transitional and final provisions (9).
