Article 7 describes the powers of incorporation with regard to entering, surveying and taking levels of any land; maintaining works, posts, stay-wires, poles or pillars in the land; cut or removing any tree or vegetation from any land; open or break up any roads; and causing lamp-posts, lamp-irons, brackets or other apparatus to be fixed upon any land.
