Abstract The purpose of this Act, consisting of 14 sections and two Schedules, is to give effect to certain provisions of the specified deeds entered into by the Rakiura Maori Land Trust and the Crown relating to the Tutae-Ka-Wetoweto Forest. Rakiura must manage the Forest: (a) in accordance with clauses 3 and 4 of the deed of covenant; and (b) in accordance with the management plan prepared under clause 6 of the deed of covenant.
