Abstract

These Regulations establish the measures to be taken to control and contain the Tomato leaf miner moth (Tuta absoluta). They stipulate that on the occurrence or suspected occurrence of the pest on susceptible plants, the Plant Health Department shall be empowered to register the infected plant and field. Further these Regulations specify obligations of growers.
