The Notification enters into force on the day it is published in the Official Journal.
Abstract

The purpose of this Notification is to determine the standards of food production and good manufacturing practices to protect consumer health and for a fair internal and international trade. The Notification also implies the rules and procedures of appropriate technical and hygienic production, processing, storage, handling, packaging, marketing, sampling and analysis methods. The additional clauses are attached to the original text.
