This Notification sets forth provisions on placing on the market of active and intelligent materials and articles, list of substances that may be used in active and intelligent components, conditions for inclusion of substances in the list, content of the list, conditions for the establishment of the list, conditions of use for substances not to be included in the list, labeling, declaration of compliance, documentation, sampling and analysis methods, and administrative sanctions.
