Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Farm Products Marketing Act. The Regulations lays down provisions relating to limitation of the marketing of turkey. Section 2 establishes that the local Board shall establish a quota system in order to fix and allot quotas to all members of classes of producers in Ontario in such manner that the number of pounds of turkey meat produced in Ontario and authorized to be marketed in intra-provincial trade will equal the number of pounds of turkey meat set out in section 3 of this Schedule. The text consists of 2 sections and 1 Schedule.
