Abstract This Regulation authorizes the Alberta Turkey Producers, the “Board”, to make regulations for the purpose of operating the Turkey Producers Marketing Plan. The Board may make regulations, among others, requiring producers engaged in the production or marketing, or both, of the regulated product to register their names and addresses with the Board (sect. 2(a)).
