Abstract

This Order, made under the Animal Health Act 1981, confers powers on the Welsh Ministers in relation to tuberculosis in Wales. It, among other things, makes provision for testing, movement, identification and inspection of non-bovine animals. It also makes provision with respect to the notification of disease, slaughter of non-bovine animals and compensation.
