The present Ordinance enters into force on 20 March 1997.
Abstract

An Ordinance to prevent the spread of cattle tuberculosis. The Ordinance contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms therein employed. Part 2 deals with general preventive measures. Animals must be submitted to periodical examinations. Articles 6 and 7 deal with special preventive measures to be taken once the disease has been officially declared or if there is a suspected case. Article 8 indicates disinfectation procedures for containers, stalls, etc. Provisions regarding the lifting of these measures are contained in article 9. The Ordinance is contained of 19 articles and 1 Annex.
