The Tuberculosis (Scotland) Order 2007 is amended in provisions concerning, among other things, the definition of ‘high incidence area’, testing in case of movement of an animal to a high incidence area, generally testing for tuberculosis, the maximum compensation payable for any slaughtered animals, serving of a test notice requiring the keeper to apply a diagnostic test for tuberculosis on the bovine animal, and enforcement measures if a test notice is disregarded.
