Abstract

No person shall enter into or move within the specified Area for the purpose of establishing new sites for residence or cultivation unless he shall have obtained the written permission of an officer of the Department of Veterinary Services. No person shall enter or leave, or cause any vehicle or bicycle to enter or leave, that part of the Area described in the First Schedule, except through one of the tsetse control pickets described in the Second Schedule, unless he shall have obtained the written permission of an officer of the Department of Veterinary Services or of an officer of the Ministry of Lands. No person shall, without the written permission of an officer of the Department of Veterinary Services or of an officer of the Ministry of Lands, cause any domestic animal, other than a dog or fowl, to enter, or allow such animal to stray into, that part of Area described in the First Schedule, or that another specified part of the Area which comprises bush land.
