Abstract

The Minister may, by Statutory Notice, declare any area to be a specified area for the purposes of these Regulations. No person shall move or cause to be moved any stock into, out of or through any specified area without a permit issued by a Veterinary Officer or person authorized by a Veterinary Officer.
