Abstract

This Regulation provides for a system of monitoring epidemic diseases at entry points of the country. Article 25 provides for the control of livestock, poultry, birds and monkeys to be carried out by quarantine authorities in the sense of this Regulation jointly with animal quarantine authorities. Some provisions refer also to quarantine of plants.
