Abstract

This Act sets out provisions on trespassing and straying of any horse, donkey, cattle, mule, sheep, pig or goat; animals to be kept confined; compensation in case of occupation of land trespassed upon by an animal; and interference with animals to enable trespass. The description of sufficient fence and fees are annexed to this Law.
