Abstract

These Regulations specify, in the Schedule, protected trees for purposes of the Trees Act 1997 and a fee for application for a permit to take protected trees or a timber licence. It also specifies information that must accompany an application for registration of plantation and rates of a royalty to be paid under the Act.
