Abstract

Article 1 of the present Ordinance establishes that to reconstruct the town and landscape image of Hamburg, all trees and hedges are subject to the Nature Protection Law of 22 July 1948. It is prohibited to damage, destroy, carry away or in any other way damage trees and hedges or parts thereof. The text consists of 5 articles.
