Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Bremen Nature Protection Law. Article 1 establishes that trees shall be declared as parts of the landscape which has to be protected with the aim to protect and conserve the stock of trees in the Land of Bremen to ensure the efficiency of the natural equilibrio to avert harmful effects on cities, as well as to rivive and conserve the rural landscape. The text consists of 15 articles.
